To design and produce classic gifts with playful, original prints and a small environmental footprint.

Schoolyard

Schoolyard specializes in eco-textiles and paper gift products. We apply our unique designs by screen-printed and digital means to our line of stationary, kitchen linens and sleepwear.

It is important to us that our materials and processes are 'green'; we use recycled and reclaimed papers, organic and alternative fabrics and manufacture our products here in Toronto.

Katy Chan graduated from Sheridan Institute for Textile Design. Hilary Dennis received a BFA from the Nova Scotia College of Art and Design.

Katy and Hilary are currently active board members, artists and teachers at the Contemporary Textile Studio Co-op located at 401 Richmond in downtown Toronto.
